LCU Debit Card
Visa Debit Card Application
If you are having trouble with your card not working, please
contact LCU.
If LCU is open and you prefer LCU to handle it, the Hwy 70 office opens at 9:00 AM. Their number is 931-535-3750 or 1-800-819-0792. The Hwy 70 office also has the debit card system on their computers, so they may be able to see the problem. You are welcome to call the credit union at the plant site. That office opens at 7:00 AM and their number is 931-535-7269.
If you are traveling, it helps if we know what dates and where you are traveling so that it can be noted on the system. Or if you prefer, you can call 1-800-808-7230 and notify the card system of your travels.
Please keep in mind, there is only a certain amount you can put on your card per day. It can be anywhere from $100.00 to $1,000.00. We can let you know when your card is open. It takes around 2 business days for purchases to clear off. This means if you put $900.00 on your card today and try to put $120.00 the next day. Your card will be declined. This is for your Protection in case of theft.
If LCU blocks a debit card, there is a $15.00 fee for it to be unblocked, if management agrees to unblock it.
If a member loses their card and needs a replacement card, there is a $10.00 fee.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us.
